ABOUT US

We identify, design, develop, own and operate small scale sustainable infrastructure assets. Our primary focus is identifying energy, water and waste inefficient single-family homes, which we seek to modernize - making them more comfortable and affordable, while reducing their carbon footprint. We also opportunistically participate in deep value community solar projects, expanding access to the clean economy to LMI communities, which have previously not experienced the same ability to reap the benefits of solar energy and storage.

We are currently actively seeking development-stage and pre-development stage projects in the Single Family Rental market in the Northeastern U.S., particularly the Tri-State Area. We seek to work with long-term partners that share our vision and values and only engage in Projects where outcomes can be clearly mutually beneficial. The regulations and incentives around solar energy and storage are ever-changing and remain complex. We would welcome the opportunity to connect and see if there is a way we can, collectively, modernize our largest infrastructure asset - U.S. Single Family Homes.
